Each Vesey Exclusive piece is made with precision. Production timelines vary depending on the garment, but most orders are completed within 4–6 weeks before shipping.

Are your pieces made-to-order? +

Yes. We specialize in limited, custom, and small-batch production. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece meets our standards.

Can I rush my order? +

Rush orders may be available depending on current production capacity. Please Contact Us before placing your order. We also have a limited selection of rental items if you are in a pinch.

Do you offer group or bulk orders? +

Yes. We offer custom group and bulk orders for weddings, corporate teams, special events, and other occasions. Whether you're outfitting a wedding party or creating a coordinated look for your organization, our team can help tailor a solution to your needs.

Do you offer any discounts? +

Yes. We offer special pricing for group and bulk orders, including wedding parties, corporate groups, and other large orders. We also proudly offer a military discount as a token of appreciation for those who serve.

Sizing & Fit

Fit & Length Options +

We offer a variety of fit and length options across our custom suiting collections to help you achieve your ideal look and feel. Our fit options range from modern, slim silhouettes to more relaxed tailored styles, including options designed for athletic builds and extended proportions. We also offer multiple length options, including Short, Regular, Tall, and Extra Tall, to help create balanced proportions throughout the garment.

In addition to our standard fit categories, custom sizing is available for clients seeking a more personalized fit experience.

How do I choose the right size? +

We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes or want a tailored fit, reach out—we can guide you. If you know your own measurements, even better! Give us information while you place your order and we will reach out to confirm your details.

Do you offer custom sizing? +

Yes. Most Vesey Exclusive pieces are available for custom measurements. Contact Us directly to begin the process if you would like an in person meeting. Otherwise, if you have your own measurements or Vesey already has your measurements on file, then you can order items directly through our online shop.

Shipping

Where do you ship? +

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

How long does shipping take? +

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but typically range from 2–6 business days after production is complete.

Will I receive tracking information? +

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? +

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We will work with all our customers to the best of our ability to make any available alterations or adjustments to achieve satisfaction.

What if my item doesn’t fit? +

We recommend Contacting Us before ordering to ensure the best fit. In some cases, alterations may be available and we may be able to offer virtual fittings and mailed aleteration services (on a per customer and per order basis).

Garment Care

How should I care for my pieces? +

To preserve the integrity of your garment, we recommend dry clean or professional cleaning depending on the fabric.
